The GlycoMark® test is currently available at the leading clinical reference laboratories listed below. To order a GlycoMark test, simply write "GlycoMark" or "1,5-Anhydroglucitol" on your patient requisition form and results will be forwarded to you following sample processing.

Specimen collection requirements
Collect GlycoMark test blood samples in:
- Serum (red-top or gel-barrier tube)
- Plasma (lavender-top EDTA)
- Fasting is not required
- 1 mL sample volume recommended
- Room temperature for same-day shipping or refrigerate
Target turnaround time
Results should be reported within 1-2 calendar days
Reimbursement
CPT Code is 84378. Many private carriers reimburse GlycoMark testing.
